Instructions

- Blend Orange Mixture: Place the orange chunks into a blender or food processor. Add 3 large eggs, 1 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup olive oil. Blend until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt until evenly distributed.
