- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)

- Shake or whisk the dressing again before use if it separates during storage.
- Optional parsley adds a fresh herbal note but can be omitted if unavailable.
- This dressing can be used on green salads, grain bowls, or as a marinade for chicken or fish.
