Ingredients
Scale
Chicken
- 16 ounces Blackened chicken
Sauce
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic, finely minced
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 5 ounces Parmesan, grated
- 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
Pasta
- 18 ounces Natural Heaven Heart of Palm noodles, drained
Instructions
- Prepare the Blackened Chicken: Make the blackened chicken before starting your sauce and set aside or prepare ahead of time and reheat before serving.
- Melt Butter and Sauté Garlic: Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the finely minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Add Heavy Cream and Simmer: Pour the 2 cups of heavy cream into the pan and bring it to a gentle simmer over medium-high heat, stirring often to prevent burning. This will take approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
- Incorporate Parmesan and Creole Seasoning: Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and 1 tablespoon of Creole seasoning. Continue to cook and stir until the sauce thickens, about 8 to 10 minutes. You’ll know it’s ready when the sauce coats the back of a spoon.
- Combine Noodles with Sauce: Remove the sauce from heat and add the drained Heart of Palm noodles to the pan. Let them cook in the sauce for 5 minutes to warm through and absorb the flavors.
- Serve: Plate the pasta with the creamy Cajun Alfredo sauce and top it with thinly sliced blackened chicken. Enjoy immediately.

- Adjust the amount of Creole seasoning based on your preferred spice level.
- Stir the sauce frequently while simmering to prevent burning and ensure a smooth texture.
- If the sauce becomes too thick, you can thin it slightly with a splash of chicken broth or water.
