Description

A bold and comforting Fiery Chicken Ramen recipe featuring tender marinated chicken, a rich and creamy garlic sauce, and perfectly cooked instant ramen noodles. This dish balances spicy, savory, and creamy flavors for a satisfying meal ready in under an hour.

Ingredients

Scale

Chicken Marinade

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey

Ramen and Broth

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles
  • 4 cups chicken broth

Sauce and Seasoning

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey. Add the bite-sized chicken pieces and toss well to coat. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook until they are browned on the outside and fully cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add Flavors: Stir in the minced garlic and paprika to the cooked chicken. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and aromatic, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Prepare the Ramen: Pour the chicken broth into the pot with the chicken and bring it to a boil. Add the instant ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually about 3-4 minutes, until the noodles are tender.
  5. Make the Sauce: Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
  6. Serve: Ladle the fiery chicken ramen into bowls and garnish generously with sliced green onions. Serve hot for a deliciously creamy and spicy meal.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more chili sauce or sprinkle with red chili flakes.
  • You can substitute heavy cream with coconut milk for a dairy-free version.
  • If preferred, swap chicken breasts for thighs for juicier meat.
  • Use low-sodium soy sauce to reduce salt content.
  • Make sure not to overcook the ramen noodles; follow package timing closely.
