Description

These Big Mac-Inspired Rice Paper Rolls offer a fresh and fun twist on the classic fast food favorite. Combining all the iconic flavors of a Big Mac—shredded lettuce, tangy pickles, cheddar cheese, seasoned ground beef, onions, and a special sauce—wrapped neatly in delicate rice paper, these rolls make for a quick, handheld, and delicious snack or light meal.

Ingredients

Scale

Rice Paper Rolls

  • 4 sheets rice paper
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ground beef, cooked and seasoned
  • 1/4 cup special sauce
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions

Instructions

  1. Soften Rice Paper: Soak each rice paper sheet in warm water for about 20-30 seconds until pliable but not too soft, then carefully lay it flat on a clean surface.
  2. Add Fillings: Place shredded lettuce, diced pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, cooked and seasoned ground beef, sliced onions, and a drizzle of special sauce evenly in the center of the rice paper.
  3. Roll the Rice Paper: Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling tightly, then roll from the bottom up to enclose the filling completely, forming a neat roll.
  4. Repeat: Repeat the process with the remaining sheets of rice paper and fillings until all are assembled.
  5. Serve: Serve the rice paper rolls immediately with extra special sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

  • Use warm water to soften the rice paper for easier rolling and to prevent tearing.
  • Make sure ground beef is fully cooked and seasoned to add maximum flavor.
  • Customize the special sauce to your liking for an authentic Big Mac taste.
  • Serve immediately after rolling, as rice paper can become sticky if left too long.
  • These rolls can be served as an appetizer, snack, or a light meal.
